3. Assembling Attention proceeding
1) After transportation and moving, which make the bolt and nut to be loosen a little, therefore, before assembling, you need to check and tight the bolt carefully.
2) Graphite Material is brittle, during the process of lifting, you should lift the equipment lightly and put down the equipment lightly, you should not impact and vibrate the equipment, to avoid to damage the equipment, you should not drag the equipment on the floor, naked graphite part should not be touched by steel rope and bar .
3) Connected pipe flange should not be the fulcrum of lifting, the graphite equipment could not bear bigger twist stress, if the weight of outer connected pipe is heavier, you should arrange a pipeline support on the part near to Graphite Equipment, especially for the Pipeline on the top of Heat-exchanger is not too heavier, to ensure the enough movable space of Graphite Equipment when expanding with heat and contracting with hold.
4) When the connecting of Outer connected pipe of equipment, Bearing force of bolt should be even, to avoid to damage the graphite part.
5) The equipment should be assembled vertically, uprightness degree should be less than 0.2% of total height.
6) If the medium including machine impurity, you should assemble filter before feed inlet, to avoid the block of vertical hole and horizontal hole to affect the heat-exchanged effect.
7) When you welding on the outer shell of Equipment, you should not damage the inside graphite part, when welding the supports of Equipment, you should inject recycled cooling water to the shell of equipment, to avoid the excessive distortion of equipment, you will have no way to disassemble.
4. Using attention proceeding
1) Which should be working in appointed permissible technique parameters index, forbidden to use with exceeding temperature and pressure .
2) Avoid the strong impact use of material, when open or close the valve, you should regulate the valve to Max. or Min flow gradually.
3) When as Heater, you should inject chemical medium firstly, then inject hot carrier, when injecting of hot carrier, the flow should be from small to big, temperature from low to high, inject slowly, to ensure to heat the equipment evenly, Exceeding temperature and pressure is not permissible , to avoid the big temperature difference thermal(cooling) shock , avoid the damaging of equipment, Avoid the heating of without chemical medium to damage the equipment. When stopping the machine, the order is on the contrary.
4) When using as Condenser, You should inject cooling water firstly, then inject chemical material. When using freeze brine, you should inject hot medium, then inject freeze brine. When stopping the machine, the order is on the contrary. If there is vapor in the shell, non congealing gas happened(which could reducer the heat-exchanged efficiency), you should let.
5) If the equipment is stopped to use, You should eject the residue of hot or cooling carrier clearly. Especially for winter, we should adopt proper temperature-protection and prevent frostbite measure.
6) For the material easy to be crystallizable , when stop the machine, you should discharge all materials, Using the immersed liquid(medium, which is non-damaging to graphite component), which could dissolve the crystal (deposit) also, for example: Hot water, from top to bottom to wash the vertical hole, Inside of vertical hole should not have the bigger solid material, to avoid the grinding damage of graphite material.
7) Forbidden to raise or reduce the temperature suddenly. To avoid the damage of Graphite Equipment.
8) It is not good not to use the graphite equipment for a long time, to avoid the dry cracking phenomenon happened. If you need placement, you should inject water to vertical hole of equipment fully, and checking the liquid level regularly, if found lacking water, you should inject the water fully, pay more attention to prevent frostbite.
